Aging Well CBT Program

A CBT based program for older adults living with anxiety and depression.
The aging well CBT program is a CBT based program for older adults living with anxiety and depression. The program consists of a weekly meeting (1 hour) over zoom or by phone for 10 weeks. Participants will learn valuables skills such as mindful meditation, SMART goal setting, sustainable lifestyle and managing stress and depression.

Interested individuals should be 65 years of age or older who are cognitively intact and no psychiatric hospitalization within 2 months.

A referral is required to participate in this program. Eligible referrals can come from GPs, psychiatrists, geriatrician, geriatric specialty services, and community organizations.

Service is available in English.

Cost: No cost
