Provides free counselling to individuals affected by their own or someone else's substance use.
Counselling provides assessment, treatment and referral services to children, youth and adults affected by their own or someone else's substance use concerns. Counselling is offered to clients in person, by phone or virtually. Depending on the individual’s situation, sessions can be offered at an alternate location.

In the first few counselling sessions, the client and counsellor work together to develop goals and a treatment plan that fits the client’s needs. Clients typically meet with their counsellor every one to two weeks in the early counselling stage. This often becomes less frequent as clients make progress toward their goals.

In order to make an appointment, individuals are required to complete a Client Intake Form. (See form below.)
