Provide support and care for people living with life-limiting illness and for people at the end of life, as well as family, friends and others affected by someone’s life-limiting illness or death.
The Creston Valley Hospice Society is made up of a group of trained volunteers dedicated to providing free compassionate emotional support to terminally ill patients, to their families and friends, in the home, hospital or care facility, during and after the end of the loved one's life.

Trained volunteers provide emotional support, companionship, vigil services, and information on hospice care.

Advance Care Planning: Includes writing down wishes and talking with healthcare providers and financial or legal professionals.

They also offer a growing library with a variety of books on hospice, grieving, and palliative care for both adults and children available for loan.
