Caregiver Support and End of Life Care / Palliative Care

Provided by Golden Hospice Society

Provides confidential, supportive and compassionate care to individuals, their families and friends whilst they are living with and being challenged by life-limiting illnesses.
This occurs at home, in the hospital, intermediate and long-term care settings and through drop-in services at the Hospice Community Office. Services include: Compassionate and caring services for the whole family, Grief Support, Advance Care Planning.

Office hours are Monday & Thursday 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM or by appointment.
