Liaison Therapist (Physio Navigator)

A liaison therapist (navigator) will be at the Parkinson Recreation Centre to provide free assessment and direction towards appropriate programming.
They are also available for physicians to refer exercise Rx patients to exercise programs and/or re-direct back to KGH for outpatient physiotherapy services. Ideal for patients with chronic or pre existing medical conditions.
